- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems.
- Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams.
8-10 years
Top 3 Responsibilities- Experience designing and implementing scalable, high‑performance applications.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and system architecture.
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
