Forward Deployment Engineering

We are seeking to Build Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team and experienced engineers who thrive at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and customer engagement. This role combines hands‑on development with solution architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership to deliver high‑impact AI and data‑driven solutions.

As one of the first members of the team, you will help define engineering standards, deployment methodologies, and best practices while mentoring future team members.

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and design practical technical solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain production‑grade applications using Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Build AI/GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Develop integrations with APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and third‑party platforms.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts and rapidly evolve them into scalable production solutions.
• Monitor solution performance and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering standards and deployment playbooks.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), or Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Proven customer‑facing experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

• Cloud platform expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Telecommunications or large enterprise domain experience.
• Previous experience as an early member of a startup or newly formed engineering team.
