Engineer, Software

This role is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The position involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software‑defined networking, network functions virtualization, and modular network services through Ansible or Terraform. It requires independent development of full software stacks and understanding of system protocols, data flows, and technology interactions.

Success is measured by the ability to deliver clear technical solutions, comprehensive documentation, and meaningful contributions to technology strategy and innovation.

• Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
• Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements
• Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
• Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
• Perform additional duties or projects assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
• 2–4 years of technical engineering experience (Required)

Base Pay Range: $92,500 – $166,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
