Senior Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly technical Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role combines product strategy with hands‑on technical execution, requiring expertise in software engineering, AI/GenAI, data platforms, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates closely with engineering and business stakeholders, and delivers scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using modern programming languages and AI technologies.
• Build rapid prototypes, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and production-ready solutions based on customer feedback.
• Develop and integrate APIs, enterprise data pipelines, and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to influence product roadmap and technical direction.
• Lead customer demonstrations, requirement gathering sessions, and solution workshops.
• Monitor production applications, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements.
• Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Support CI/CD implementation, automation, deployment, and release management activities.

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software applications.
• Experience building scalable applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with:
• AI/GenAI solutions
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI workflows
• Strong experience with:
• SQL
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and software design principles.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.

• Experience implementing AI/ML or LLM-based enterprise applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Telecommunications or large enterprise domain experience.
• Experience working in startup or greenfield product environments.
