We are seeking an experienced Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions leveraging Agentic AI
, Azure OpenAI
, Lang Chain
, and modern Machine Learning frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable ML solutions, developing LLM-powered applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

The engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, testing, and deploying Machine Learning models while driving innovation through rapid prototyping and emerging AI technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI
• Expertise in Lang Chain
• Strong Machine Learning experience
• Experience building and optimizing AI/ML models
• Ability to perform data wrangling and feature engineering
• Experience conducting ML experiments and developing baseline models
• Experience fine-tuning models for optimal performance
• Ability to validate model performance against business acceptance criteria
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Business, and Engineering teams
