About the team:

The AdTech Measurement and Reporting team builds scalable, cloud-native platforms for real-time data processing and AI integration. The team delivers detailed performance insights that support informed decision-making and business objectives. Collaborating across functions, members design robust tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Applying advanced engineering principles, software design patterns, and data-driven methods, the team ensures reliable, high-quality outputs. Focused on continuous innovation and alignment with strategic goals, this group advances Walmart's technology solutions through disciplined development, testing, and delivery practices.

What you'll do:

* Lead delivery of scoped features and components through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives.

* Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes.

* Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.

* Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and define success metrics.

* Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.

* Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.

* Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development methodologies.

* Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with platform objectives.

* Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.

* Demonstrated technical judgment in making informed decisions balancing trade-offs and long-term impacts.
