• Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and platforms.
• Translate domain‑level strategies into system‑level implementations ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
• Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions.
• Champion Dev Ops and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services.
• Mentor engineers to foster a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous learning.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and improve system scalability and developer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing tools, processes, and methodologies.

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud‑native software systems with AI integration.
• Proven ability to lead system‑level technical execution, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycle, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and continuous delivery practices.
• Demonstrated skills in debugging, problem solving, and driving reliability engineering initiatives.
• Ability to mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high‑quality standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to technical ownership, sound judgment, and continuous improvement in complex environments.
