Backend Developer, Software Architect
Lead the technical vision and architecture for The Trade Desk's partner-facing platform. Design scalable systems including federated GraphQL, REST APIs, SDKs, micro-frontends, and developer tools. Contribute hands-on in Type Script/React front ends and C#/.NET GraphQL services. Establish standards for APIs, security, privacy, reliability, observability, Kubernetes operations, and SQL data modeling. Simplify partner onboarding and optimize platform services. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmap and delivery.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Requirements include 10+ years software engineering experience, leadership in complex initiatives, expertise in distributed systems, cloud, API design (GraphQL, REST), frontend and backend development, and strong communication skills.
