Service Now Developer – Active Top Secret Clearance Washington, DC – Hybrid Active Top Secret Clearance Required
Alldus International is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Now Developer to support a major federal programme in Washington, DC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Now professional with an active Top Secret clearance to work within a secure government environment, delivering and enhancing solutions across the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the Service Now platform
- Build workflows, integrations, custom applications, and platform functionality
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing development and technical support
- Support Service Now implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Ensure solutions follow Service Now development standards and best practices
- Strong hands-on Service Now development experience
- Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, or Custom Applications is beneficial
- Service Now certifications such as CSA and/or CAD are highly desirable
- Previous experience supporting Federal/Government environments is advantageous
- Able to work on a hybrid basis in Washington, DC
