As a Forward Deployed Engineer — Salesforce Agentforce
, you will partner directly with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations to turn high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, and Salesforce AI capabilities to solve complex enterprise challenges.

This is a hands‑on, client-facing engineering role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technical delivery, and AI-powered transformation. You will help integrate intelligent automation into enterprise workflows, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to address business, customer experience, and operational challenges.
• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify, scope, and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions in partnership with solution architects and product teams.
