Barre Instructor

The Bellevue Club Fitness Department is looking for a qualified Barre Instructor to lead regularly scheduled Wednesday morning Barre classes.

Class time: Wednesdays, 9 am to 9:50 am & 10 am to 10:50 am

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must possess a Group Exercise and/or Barre Instructor certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and lead participants in an energizing group setting.
• Plan and teach fun, effective, and safe workouts to our members.
• Must be able to provide modifications and modify intensity for all fitness levels.
• Ensure safety of participants regarding proper form, exercise technique, and heart rate training.
• Ability to create a high‑energy, and positive environment.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing to connect with members and create a strong community.
• Must be well‑versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications & progressions for a variety of populations.
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
