Job Overview

Swire Coca-Cola is a family‑owned bottling company and one of the largest Coca‑Cola bottlers in North America, distributing over 50 beverage brands across 13 states.

Schedule:

8:00 pm – 4:30 am, Monday–Friday
Pay: $31.20 per hour (based on location and experience)

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following predetermined routes and schedules.
• Load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques, stock shelves, and maintain back‑room areas as requested.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records; collaborate with logistics to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and build positive relationships with managers and staff.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Complete all assigned training and attend meetings or special projects as required.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Valid CDL‑A license and an interstate license.
• Preferred ability to drive a manual (shift) transmission.
• Minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and routes.
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the day.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, clients, and team members.
