Shunter​/Train Driver & Yard Master

On Track Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a leading rail maintenance provider in Rolling stock Support positions based in Bellevue. No rail experience required – full paid training provided.

• Move trains safely throughout the maintenance depot.
• Assist with train movements and positioning.
• Complete pre-start inspections.
• Perform general yard duties.
• Clean and prepare railcars.
• Communicate using two-way radios while following safe work procedures.

• Coordinate daily train movements.
• Plan railcar availability for maintenance.
• Allocate yard resources efficiently.
• Liaise with operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure safe and efficient yard operations.
• Maintain accurate communication throughout each shift.

• Shunter / Train Driver – $52.26/hr Day Shift, $62.72/hr Afternoon & Night Shift, Overtime penalties.
• Yard Master – $55.68/hr Day Shift, $66.81/hr Afternoon & Night Shift, Overtime penalties.
