We are a growing organization, founded in October 2023 by two best friends, dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents. With eight Adult Family Homes in the Green Bay area, we’re looking for a District Manager to help us continue our journey of compassion and empowerment.

As a District Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the operations of our Adult Family Homes and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your leadership will directly impact the lives of our residents and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting staff across multiple locations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Driving between locations as needed to provide on-site support and guidance.

We’re seeking a compassionate and organized leader who shares our commitment to making a difference. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Driver’s License
  , personal vehicle
  , and insurance for travel between locations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
