• Prepare and submit customer invoices.
• Code and post invoices in the accounting system.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Process weekly accounts payable payments.
• Verify, check, and enter invoices for payment.
• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data.
• Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
• Collect, confirm, and process timesheets.
• Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor.
• Use accounting data to resolve problems and discrepancies.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
