This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Bellflower, CA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, implementation, and execution. Key responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on budget, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Experience in Project Management and Construction Project Management, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in Construction Management and Project Coordination to ensure seamless communication and teamwork
• Strong experience in managing project budgets, including financial planning, tracking, and cost control
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Proven experience with time management and meeting deadlines in construction or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus
