In this role, you will:- Lead engaging after-school enrichment classes focused on creative arts and financial literacy for students in grades K-6.
- Teach age-appropriate concepts such as budgeting, saving, entrepreneurship, goal setting, money management, and responsible financial decision‑making through interactive activities and games.
- Guide students through hands‑on creative projects using a variety of artistic mediums, encouraging imagination, collaboration, and self‑expression.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and succeed.
- Follow BAM! curriculum while adapting instruction to meet the needs and learning styles of diverse student groups.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a safe, organized learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with school staff, program managers, and families as needed.
- Serve as a positive role model who encourages curiosity, creativity, responsibility, and confidence.
- Wage: $32.00 per hour

- 1 to 2 years of experience teaching, mentoring, or working with youth in creative arts, financial literacy, business, or related fields.
- Knowledge of creative arts and/or foundational financial literacy concepts appropriate for elementary students.
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring children.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students through hands‑on, interactive instruction.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state‑issued .
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Willingness to complete required training.
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations.
