Job Description
Join our team to lead after school STEM classes in Bellflower. You will help students complete hands on projects, develop problem solving skills, and discover how exciting science can be.
Job DescriptionJoin our team to lead after school STEM classes in Bellflower. You will help students complete hands on projects, develop problem solving skills, and discover how exciting science can be.
Responsibilities- Facilitate hands on STEM lessons using our provided curriculum
- Create a safe, engaging classroom environment each session
- Build curiosity, collaboration, and clear thinking
- Work weekday afternoons that begin around 1:00 PM
- Travel to one or more nearby schools in the Bellflower area
- Enjoy working with children and making learning enjoyable
- Some experience with students helps, and we provide training and support
- Reliable, organized, and open to feedback
- Interest in teaching and hands on science
$45-$55 per hour
