We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on managing patient treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The position offers a stable Mon-Fri schedule with no on-call duties, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of 12-15 patients daily, including follow-ups, new patient consultations, and pre-chemotherapy evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in collaboration with the oncology team.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations.
Educate patients and families on treatment options, side effects, and self-care management.
Prescribe medications and coordinate supportive care services.
Document all patient encounters and treatment details accurately within the EPIC EMR system.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current state licensure as an NP or PA.

Proficiency in using the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
