Cashier (Paintball and Airsoft Park)

Position Type: Part-Time
Pay Range: $16.90 per hour

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our team! Cashiers are the first stop for guests getting geared up for paintball or airsoft. This role is responsible for assisting guests to register for the day, check in private groups, sell merchandise, and selling upgrades — all while delivering excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests and assist them with registration
• Explain rental packages, safety requirements, and optional upgrades
• Complete logs and required documentation accurately
• Process transactions, upgrades, and payments using POS systems
• Promote memberships, upgrades, and park offerings when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure rental area
• Work closely with referees and park staff to ensure smooth operations

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to handle cash, equipment, and customer property responsibly
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor recreational environment
• Retail, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

• Part-time,
  non-exempt hourly position
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours
• Shifts may vary based on park bookings and events
• Meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with California labor laws

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work indoor and outdoor in varying weather conditions

• Must meet minimum age requirements under California labor laws
• Employees under 18 must have a valid California work permit on file
