• Assist senior tradespeople on high‑end exterior remodeling projects focused on siding, windows, and doors.
• Operate specialized hand tools, professional power equipment, and site instrumentation safely and effectively.
• Measure, cut, and prepare structural materials carefully under direct supervision to reduce waste.
• Maintain an immaculate, highly organized job site layout to eliminate hazards and preserve safety.
• Participate actively in technical site demolition, material staging, surface preparation, and installation tasks.
• Learn advanced residential building best practices through continuous field mentorship and active on‑the‑job training.
• Follow complex instructions from field supervisors precisely to maximize day‑to‑day team efficiency.
