Regal Entertainment Group - - - Responsibilities:
Operate Box Office and Concession POS systems, handling cash, cards, and tickets accurately.;
Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club program.;
Assist guests, answer questions, and guide patrons to their seats while enforcing MPAA ratings.;
Maintain cleanliness and safety: clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and monitor equipment.;
Support opening and closing duties, including stock management and routine equipment checks.
