About this positionWe are seeking a passionate, customer‑oriented service representative to join our dynamic team at Apogee (Delivery & Installation). As a Dispatch Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by being solution‑focused and genuinely excited to help our customers. You will be patient, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills, all while advocating for our customers’ needs.
You will directly impact our customer experience by responding efficiently to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting field partners in providing a top‑tier delivery experience.

- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer interactions.
- Identify and assess customer needs to exceed expectations.
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through open and effective communication.
- Meet individual and team call goals to maintain high service levels.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Document customer interactions and keep accurate records.
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Communicate effectively via daily reports and emails.
- Display our core DNA values in every interaction.
$17 - $20 hourly wage
Requirements- Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Proficient or prior experience in using a range of software tools, including Outlook/Gmail, Google Voice and Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Customer‑focused with the ability to adapt to different personalities and needs.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, with excellent listening abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) preferred but not required.
- Experience in dispatching (1 year preferred but not required).
- Experience with exceeding service goals and metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
