Most client visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

Responsibilities depend on your certification level and may include:
- Companionship and household support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is.72 cents per mile)
- Personal care, grooming, and dressing
- Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level:
- Homemaker:
Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate - Personal Care:
Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate. - HHA:
Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License. - Reliable personal transportation
- Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
