Home Health OT Opportunity
VNA Care is seeking a Home Health OT for visits in and around Bellingham, Blackstone, Millville, Uxbridge.
Schedule for Occupational Therapist: 24 hours or 32 hours, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends.
Salary Range: $91,000 - $126,000 yearly, based on a full-time schedule, need to adjust for part-time schedules.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience. Home Care experience preferred, not required.
Position Summary:
Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred.
