$27.60 - $39.02 per hour. Employees may also receive a bonus and/or commission, along with a comprehensive total‑rewards package that includes health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.

• Welcome all customers, set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen and exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions.
• Use technology efficiently despite time pressure and customer volume.
• Explore root causes of issues, be proactive, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs & competencies.
• Maintain store appearance and help keep the store clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management about safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning and improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
