Our Client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a high-performing team specializing in premium residential construction projects. In this role, you will transform customer visions into reality by designing and selling high-value, custom outdoor structures while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Consult with clients both in-person and at the design center to understand project vision and requirements.
  • Execute proactive prospecting strategies, including cold calling and networking, to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and present tailored project proposals aligned with client expectations and brand standards.
  • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles and successfully close deals using strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong earnings (typically $80K+ annually in commission-based roles).
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial/estimation calculations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler).
  • Background in residential construction, remodeling, or luxury outdoor products.
  • Established local network within trade professionals, architects, or designers.
