Retail Store Lead Generator

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Retail Store Lead Generator to represent our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside major home improvement retailers. In this customer-facing role, you'll approach shoppers, start friendly conversations, qualify interest, and capture accurate contact information to schedule in-home appointments. You'll explain promotions, meet daily and weekly lead goals, and support a clean, branded display. Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in retail home improvement stores to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify leads by asking basic home comfort and system condition questions
• Accurately capture customer contact information and schedule in-home appointments
• Explain promotional offers and service benefits in a clear, professional manner
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment goals
• Collaborate with store staff and ARS-Rescue Rooter teams to coordinate events and displays
• Maintain a clean, branded, and compliant booth or display area
• Enter leads into CRM or tracking tools with high data accuracy
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training to improve performance
• Follow all safety, ethical sales, and customer service standards
