Location: Bellingham, MA (travel to job sites within approximately 1 hour)

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

STP is seeking experienced Commercial Painters to join our team. Candidates will work on commercial construction and renovation projects throughout the area, with travel to job sites within approximately one hour of their home base.

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Protect surrounding surfaces with drop cloths, tape, and masking materials.
• Read and follow project specifications and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

• Previous commercial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting.
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites within one hour.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
