Position: Dispatcher

Shift Hours: To Be Determined

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate instructions to drivers regarding passenger pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, environmental policies, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (preferred).
• CDL certification (preferred).
