Baystate Delivery Inc. is hiring reliable and hardworking Delivery Helpers to support our Amazon delivery operations.

As a Delivery Helper, you will ride along with an Amazon Delivery Driver and help deliver packages to homes and businesses. You will assist with package handling, organization, and deliveries throughout the route.

No driving is required for this position.

• Ride along with the delivery driver on assigned routes.
• Load and unload packages safely.
• Organize packages to support efficient deliveries.
• Deliver packages to residential and business locations.
• Carry packages from the delivery vehicle to customers' locations.
• Follow delivery instructions and company procedures.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Communicate with the driver and dispatch team throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Work efficiently in different weather conditions.
• Lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No commercial driver's license or delivery driving experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry packages throughout the workday.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Bellingham, MA location.

• $18.50 per hour starting pay.
