On Trac is hiring Package Handlers
. Address: 10 Kenwood Circle, Franklin, MA, 02038. Pay: $19.00/hr shifts:
Monday through Friday 2:30am to 6:30am or end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is the completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and cold as temperatures vary by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
