Office Assistant Lead

Bellingham, WA

Salary: $3,807.00 to $5,074.00 (DOC WFSE Monthly)

Department:
Community Corrections Division, Bellingham Field Office (1400 N. Forest Street, Bellingham, WA 98225)

Responsibilities
  • Review court orders and enter and retrieve data from systems such as Offender Management Network Information (OMNI) and OnBase.
  • File management, including setup, closing, and archiving.
  • Serve as receptionist and greet supervised individuals and the public.
  • Answer a multi‑line telephone system.
  • Provide backup support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of clerical experience with keyboarding or typing.
  • Valid Washington state driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior office experience.
  • Experience with databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
