The RoleThis position is the first point of contact for every inbound inquiry. You'll create a warm, professional first impression, guide prospects through a defined intake process, and support our Sales Team with the organized, detail-oriented administrative work that keeps everything running on time.
This role is built for someone who loves a clear checklist, thrives in defined workflows, and finds real meaning in being the reliable backbone of a high-performing team.
Your Responsibilities- Own the front lines: answer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route prospects into the sales pipeline.
- Keep the sales machine running: contracts, Hub Spot, deposits, calendars, and client folders managed with precision.
- Support every step of the client journey: from first contact through System Tour, referral tracking, and partner gifting.
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and ready: supplies, plants, fridges, and common areas on lock.
- Handle the behind-the-scenes details: mail, payments, meeting coordination, and company events.
- A process-first mindset — you follow systems carefully and look for ways to strengthen them
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and via email
- Comfort with CRM tools (Hub Spot experience a plus) and standard office software
- A calm, steady presence even on high-volume days
- Genuine warmth with clients and teammates alike
