Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support both our Traffic and Sales Departments in a fast-paced radio broadcasting environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate scheduling of commercial inventory, maintaining client records, supporting sales initiatives, and providing administrative assistance to department staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Traffic Department Support
  • Assist with entering and maintaining commercial orders in traffic software.
  • Verify commercial schedules and ensure accuracy of advertiser placements.
  • Coordinate with programming, production, and sales teams to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Generate and distribute traffic reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, affidavits, and broadcast logs.
Sales Department Support
  • Enter and update customer information in sales systems.
  • Process contracts, orders, and sales documentation.
  • Track sales activity and assist with generating reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with radio traffic software, CRM systems, or media sales support is a plus but not required.
