Position: Office Operations Administrator - North America Software Center (NASC)

TSMC IT North America Software Center (NASC) is a growing software engineering organization supporting TSMC's global IT and technology initiatives. As NASC continues to expand its team and operations, we are seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Operations Administrator to help establish, manage, and continuously improve the day-to-day business operations of our growing organization.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant or secretarial position
. The Office Operations Administrator will serve as a key operational partner to NASC leadership and employees, with responsibilities spanning office administration, HR coordination, finance and accounting support, procurement, facilities, and cross-regional business operations
.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment. This person should be able to manage multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously while coordinating effectively with NASC leadership, employees, TSMC North America organizations, external vendors, and TSMC headquarters in Taiwan.

As NASC continues to grow, this role will have the opportunity to help develop and improve the operational processes and infrastructure needed to support the organization at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Operations
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the NASC office.
  • Support the establishment, expansion, and ongoing operation of the NASC office, including coordination with building management, facilities teams, and external service providers.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, services, access, workspace needs, and other office resources.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related requests and operational issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership visits, team events, workshops, and other organizational activities.
  • Support travel arrangements and related logistics for NASC leadership, employees, and visiting colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate administrative records, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
HR & People Operations Support
  • Partner with TSMC HR and recruiting teams to support NASC hiring and employee onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics, including workspace preparation, equipment, system/access requests, orientation schedules, and related activities.
  • Support employee offboarding and internal employee changes in coordination with HR and IT.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate visits, recruiting events, and other recruiting logistics.
  • Maintain appropriate local employee and organizational records in accordance with company policies.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, team events, training sessions, and organizational communications.
  • Serve as a local operational liaison between NASC employees and relevant HR teams while ensuring that HR policies and employee matters remain under the appropriate HR ownership.
Finance & Accounting Support
  • Support routine financial administration for NASC operations.
  • Coordinate invoice processing, expense documentation, reimbursements, and payment-related workflows with the appropriate Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Track office and operational expenditures and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  • Assist NASC leadership with basic budget tracking, expense reporting, and operational cost management.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Support periodic financial reporting and reconciliation activities as needed.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate purchasing activities for office equipment, IT-related items, services, supplies, and other operational needs.
  • Prepare and track purchase requests, purchase orders, approvals, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
  • Work with TSMC procurement teams and vendors to obtain quotations, coordinate purchases, and track deliveries.
  • Maintain vendor information and assist with vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor coordination.
  • Track purchasing status from initial request through delivery and payment.
  • Help ensure procurement activities comply with TSMC policies, approval processes, and budget requirements.
Facilities & Office Expansion
  • Support NASC office expansion, relocation, and workspace planning activities.
