Office Coordinator
The Auditor's Office has an opening for the position of Office Coordinator.
Job Summary:
Provides advanced administrative, operational, and office coordination support for a department, division, elected office, or management team. Coordinates office operations, records management, communications, budgeting, personnel support activities, projects, and customer service functions while serving as a primary administrative resource for assigned programs and staff. Develops and maintains office systems, processes, and documentation, supports management initiatives, and ensures compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Exercises independent judgment in organizing work, coordinating activities, resolving routine operational issues, and managing sensitive and confidential information.

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $29.30 - $42.54
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in business administration, office administration, public administration, or a related field and two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative, office coordination, or office management experience involving public contact, records management, preparation of written materials, and administrative support, or a high school diploma or GED and six (6) years of progressively responsible administrative, office coordination, clerical, or office management experience.

Job Requirements:
Depending on assignment, complete required training on applicable cash handling policies, procedures, and internal controls within one (1) week of employment. Authorize and successfully complete a background check prior to employment. Must pass job-related tests.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in local government/public administration. Experience supporting management teams, elected officials, or multiple professionals. Experience with financial systems, human resources information systems, website administration, records management systems, desktop publishing, database management, or integrated business systems. Experience developing procedures, workflows, training materials, or public communications.
