Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness – Enablement

• Lead P2C domains for the Global Seller Experience, Tooling and Operators workstream
• Execute enablement strategies and objectives in partnership with Q2C
• Partner with Revenue Operations, DET, Field Readiness, Corporate Development, Communications, Change Management, and business stakeholders
• Formulate enablement management strategies and transition plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training
• Draft and deploy targeted messaging and training materials
• Manage end-to-end change management programs and identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Build executive presentations, enablement offerings, and status reports
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding teams on Train the Trainer, Just-in-Time, and true-up training
• Gather Sales feedback through cases, surveys, and regular training needs analysis
• Develop learning resources in formats such as podcasts and how-to videos
• Maintain partnerships with operational roles including TOPS, Data Quality, SOPs, Deal Desk, and C&C
• Develop impact assessments and stakeholder analysis deliverables for technology changes
• Partner with project teams and senior executives across the company
• Identify Seller experience gaps and build enablement programs to address them

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Change Management
• 7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices
• Proven track record managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives, focused on learning and enablement
• Ability to mobilize and lead large, complex cross-functional project teams for training and enablement projects
• Experience enabling a Global Sales team in high tech, consulting, or similar industries
• Understanding of sales enablement or training for diverse, multi-functional teams
• Experience creating deliverables and facilitating training for audiences from one to 10,000, using scalable delivery methods
• SaaS/cloud computing experience and knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus)
• Experience with informal learning, blended learning, and reinforcement programs
• Proficiency in enablement programs/change management
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills, engaging presentation style, group facilitation skills, change management, and clear, precise writing
• AI fluency and digital curiosity
• Confident use of Claude/Gemini, Slack AI/Slackbot, and NotebookLM for enablement work
• Willingness to experiment with and evaluate emerging AI platforms

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing training and change management strategies, with a strong focus on sales enablement and instructional design. Proficient in managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
