Position Summary

Plans, directs, and manages multiple construction projects simultaneously. The Project Manager is a take‑charge leader with a strong customer focus, a sense of urgency, a commitment to safety, and a desire to achieve quality in the final product.

Essential Functions
  • Ensures safety is an everyday topic and supersedes all other factors to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment for everyone.

  • Demonstrates dedication to clients through quality services, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring projects exceed expectations.

  • Accountable for client project delivery from pre‑construction through commissioning focused on achieving high quality, site safety, and aggressive schedules.
  • Facilitates building a collaborative team on each project, working with a diverse group of trade contractors to build and lead a cohesive team that can successfully execute a project by meeting, or ultimately exceeding, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
  • Builds, meets and drives project schedules by incorporating industry‑leading techniques such as Lean Construction.
  • Forecasts project cost and profitability.
  • Reviews drawings and submittals.
  • Ensures the correct materials are delivered to the project.
  • Estimates, plans and schedules construction projects.
  • Documents, negotiates and processes change orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Position Requirements

    Education and Experience Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
  • 2+ years of project management experience for multi‑family construction projects.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation – $115,000 – $140,000.
  • Annual Bonus; depends on individual and company performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k plan, Paid Holidays, and additional voluntary benefits.
