Freelance Studio Photographer

We’re looking for a talented studio photographer to join our creative team on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to help bring our growing product catalog and seasonal collections to life.

• Clean, consistent e-commerce photography for ingredients, tools, supplies, and finished products
• Creative, fully styled collection photography several times a year to bring seasonal concepts and campaigns to life
• A mix of product-focused and lifestyle imagery for use across our website, email, social media, and marketing

You’ll work alongside our Creative Director and on-set stylist in our studio. Concepts, styling, props, and shot lists will be provided--we’re not looking for someone to develop the creative direction or style the sets.

Instead, we’re looking for a photographer who can confidently execute an established visual direction with a strong eye for:

• Composition
• Lighting
• Color and detail
• Product presentation
• Consistency across a large catalog
• Creating polished, brand-right imagery

Experience with product, commercial, still-life, tabletop, food, beauty, or e-commerce photography is a plus.

  Monthly or bi-monthly, depending on production needs
• Shoot:
  Approximately one studio shoot day per session
• Deliverables:
  Approximately 35 finished, edited images per shoot
• Compensation: $500 per shoot

You’re technically confident, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working from an established creative direction. You know how to make products look beautiful without over complicating the process, and you’re excited by the idea of building a long-term relationship with a creative team.
