As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop; you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
• Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
• Managing service schedules and follow‑ups to keep things running smoothly
• Building long‑term customer relationships based on trust and reliability

• Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• A calm, professional approach, especially when things get busy
• Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning

• Consistent Hours – This position follows a 4 to 10 hour shift schedule, with regular workdays on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Standard working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Great Pay – $21.00 hourly or calculated commissions, whichever is greater!
