This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bellingham, WA. The successful candidate will handle a variety of customer-facing tasks, including responding to inquiries, assisting with orders, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Customer Experience and ability to deliver an excellent customer journey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is an advantage
