As a Credit Union Member Services Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and solutions to meet their financial needs. Your responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with account inquiries, and promoting the credit union’s products and services to help members achieve their financial goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong math, clerical, and organizational skills
• Great problem‑solving abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred

Salary: $21.50 - $27 per hour
