Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques as well as experience with drafting software and project management.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using drafting software
• Research building codes regulations and materials to ensure compliance and quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Work closely with contractors engineers and other professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up or other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred
