Senior Architect - Washington, D.C.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington DC.

As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee the design and construction of projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals involved in the project
• Review and approve architectural designs and documents
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 8 years of experience as an architect with a focus on commercial or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and safety regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion within budget constraints

This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

This role is based in Washington DC but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have legal work authorization in the United States.
