UI/UX Design
The Mass Markets Digital Strategy team at one of our largest Fortune 200 energy-generation clients is seeking UX Designers to support a large-scale residential digital transformation and systems-integration initiative.
This project will modernize customer-facing digital experiences as residential retail brands are integrated into a shared technology ecosystem. These brands will maintain distinct identities in the market while providing customers with cohesive, intuitive experiences across public websites, enrollment journeys, and authenticated account-management platforms.
Designers will be aligned to one of two primary work streams based on their experience:
Residential Acquisition ExperienceThis workstream focuses on the public, pre-login customer journey. The designer will support the rebuild and migration of customer-facing websites into Adobe Experience Manager, along with the design of new-customer plan-selection and enrollment experiences. The work also includes adapting the enrollment journey to support existing-customer plan selection and renewals.
The ideal designer for this workstream has experience with responsive websites, ecommerce-style funnels, enrollment, registration, checkout, applications, renewals, or other multi-step transactional experiences.
Customer Experience PlatformThis workstream focuses on the authenticated, post-login Customer Experience Platform, where customers manage accounts, products, and services. The designer will enhance existing platform workflows to support customers who may have another existing retailer account, or accounts with both brands.
The ideal designer for this workstream has experience with authenticated customer portals, dashboards, account-management platforms, and complex multi-account, multi-product, or multi-brand experiences.
