• Patient-centered providers, dedicated nursing staff, Clinic Manager and Supervisor
• Primary Care team is a key contributor to Community initiatives
• Robust ancillary services and specialist resources available onsite

  Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• After Hours Clinic:
  Monday-Friday 5:00-9:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am-4:00 pm
• Average of 18-25 patients per day
• Epic EHR

Ideal Candidate

• BC/BE Family Medicine physician (MD/DO)
• One year of post-training experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical management of patients
• Maintains a focus on quality metrics and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Ability to be flexible and agile in a fast-paced clinic environment

Department/Location Specific Notes:

• Certification in BLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
