Required Procedures All Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)
Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate performance of major operations in the past (24) months. This can be demonstrated in one of the following ways:

An applicant who has just completed a residency shall provide his/her residency case log;

ORAn applicant who is not applying directly out of a residency shall provide a quality profile from the applicant's current hospital showing his or her clinical activity for the past (12) months, including numbers of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications;

ORIf a quality profile is not available from the applicant's current hospital, provide documentation of the applicant's hospital-based clinical activity for the past (12) months.

Documented 50 cases in Trauma within the last 5 years to be reviewed and assessed by Trauma Medical Director. All trauma cases within the first year will be subject to Peer Review in conjunction with TQICWill provider work solo? Yes with a day time APC; solo overnight
