Aboutthe Position
This is a temporary non-tenure track teaching position on a part-time basis. Positions may become available at any time and are typically filled on a quarterly basis. Courses are taught online via Zoom & Canvas at their regular scheduled time.

- Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education Leadership or a related field by time of appointment. Terminal degree for doctoral program courses.
- Evidence of successful teaching with adult learners.
- Record of relevant professional involvement.
- Evidence of successful public P-12 administrative leadership experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in P-12 settings with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to cultivating learning environments that are equitable and inclusive of students with diverse social identities and backgrounds.
- Earned doctorate in Education Leadership or a related field by time of appointment.
- Knowledge of P-12 administrative structures.
- Familiarity with Washington State Administrator Preparation Standards.

CompensationCommensurate with experience and qualifications.
