IMPACT! Student Navigator

Bellingham Technical College seeks an IMPACT! Student Navigator to support student success in technical and career programs. The Navigator will guide students from intake through completion, connecting them with advising, financial aid, tutoring, and community resources. This role coordinates orientations, success workshops, and outreach to at-risk students, tracks progress using student information systems, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and community partners.

The Navigator promotes an inclusive, student-centered environment and helps remove barriers so diverse learners can persist, complete programs, and transition into the regional workforce.
